I really thought its one of those to good to be true programs until I learned that it came from Clixsense itself... it kind of helps having a strong foundation and you know that its a paying program, so what I did is I joined to the site to try it out. Most transfers from Paypal balance or credit card or bank account to your Rental Balance in a PTC account are non-refundable if you are going to issue a dispute for such matter, because you can't say you failed to receive the item purchased, remember you never purchased a product you purchased a service so this option in not applicable. If you are lucky and the transaction happened within 30-day duration using your credit card you might get it although very unlikely. How can you say its an unauthorized transaction if it took you more than 24 hours to report issue, so that option is lame. All im saying is, if your money went to the Rental Balance its as good as gone, never get your hopes up coz its useless. You can only apply for chargeback for the following reasons only:
Paypal Account is LIMITED There are many reasons why Paypal limit your account. Either a certain situation has come to Paypal's attention that you are engaged on an unauthorized activity, you received too many transaction disputes or complaints from your customers, your account is unverified etc. We can't know for sure if many upbux members file disputes due to a certain number of days that the site has been down. I can understand why some people get so impatient they are tired being scammed one after the other and it always happens when the site is down for more than 24 hours. It's not a good indication for most people. Although they do know its a good program and if that's what happened, its a pity, another downfall for a good program ruined by its own members. Same fate on what happened to svbux before. Another reason may come from the numerous transaction held by a site, there is always a ceiling for the amount of transaction, the cashout threshold remains at $2, having thousands of members withdrawing small amounts could have a negative connotation. Most users may have panicked those past few days and withdrawn their money one after the other. This volume of transaction may have come to Paypal's attention and labeled it fraudulent. We can't say upbux has initiated a material amount of withdrawal thereby resulting in an unauthorized activity coz it remained to have an instant payment solution just before it shutsdown. But its a big question mark for a site having a limited Paypal account to close other payment processors like Alertpay and LibertyReserve when they are readily available. Too bad Upbux is gone, I expected more from it, but we can't do anything about it anymore but move on. There are a number of contributing factors why this stuff happen. WATCH LIST: Olebux Omnibux Cashpays.me These 3 sites are now removed from the list due to poor IP address handling on users. It has failed to distinguish a dynamic IP from cheaters who deliberately sign up for multiple acccounts. I'd been involved in so many PTC sites and I've come across sites like these who ban people for having a duplicate ip address. Of course dynamic ip address rotates within a block everytime your modem is reset, but why they can't even take into consideration if you have registered on a different PC and you are a unique person with a verified Paypal and Alertpay account. Isn't that enough to tell if the person is just making things out. I had never had this issues with neobux coz it knows dynamic ip and it is running effective control procedures for such matter to stay fair on honest users.  Is clixsense a scam? Of course not, I have verified it myself after receiving my first check today. My check payment was on queue last December 10, 2009 and I received it today January 8, 2010 while I'm busy working at my office. Clixsense pays! Unlike what people say it is a legitimate PTC. If you know the trick you'll never have a hard time earning money through this site. Brief Overview Clixsense only pays through check it doesn't accept payment processors like Paypal or Alertpay to prevent duplicate or fraudulent accounts. It is a very good quality control procedure in my humble opinion because it requires proper endorsement of check to be encashed. The check can only be encashed by the person indicated on the check itself or when he endorses it to someone else. The law says bank may require signature in both names before they'll accept it. If it's a simple flub on the name and you're an existing customer of the bank, it will probably be fine. Just endorse it according to the bank's instructions. If there's a major discrepancy between your name and the payee name, however, you would be well-advised to contact the check writer to have a replacement check issued with the correct name on it. FYI endorsing foreign currency check is not allowed in the Philippines, honestly, I tried, lol. So if you don't have any dollar account you can't endorse it to your mom you has an existing dollar account to convert your US Dollar check into Philippine Peso. Latest Updates Verbonix has refrained from showing ads and just decided to open their site to advertisers or members who would like to make offers to fellow members and pay them to sign up and be an active referral on their chosen program.
