readbud is currently showing some signs of irregularity. You won't be able to read new articles unless you visit their sponsors, meaning when you click their PPC ads. It's a bad sign.

Site Issues
palmbux is having a difficulty with its mysql database that keeps the ads from resetting. Its been 3 days now without ads, hope it will be fixed soon.
indoclix is also having some problems with its server and its now offline for 2 days.

Wordlinx had made an on schedule site upgrade. Due to the volume of new signups from interested members it has decided to move to a new dedicated server. You caheck for their updates on twitter.

Program waiting for payout and will be discarded once payment is received. These are slow earners and others are in danger of getting shutdown.

EarnEasyCash - Selected countries need to upgrade for $1 before they can request payment. I'm sure $1 is a small amount, but there are alot of programs that don't give such restriction. So I have redeemed my earnings to advertisement clicks.
CashSwing - They have lots of ads to click but very low rates, I can't finish the whole thing but I recently received my payment from them. Somehow I felt like I can't accomodate the site to my schedule anymore.
Hits4Pay - I've seen payment proofs around the web but its hard to get referrals to join the site there are hardly any ads to click.
MyFreeShares - total waste of time, its hard to get refs when there are very few payment proofs around.
SoloAdsOnly - no time to stay active.
MidnightClicking - Im not sure about this site, they pay in random but not everybody gets to receive it.
ShowcasePTR - out of time and needs to upgrade to use the PTP.
JJClix - out of time and needs to upgrade to use the PTP... I might consider  coming back when I have more funds.
CastlesGold - very few ads, its hard to reach payout without the PTP.
Aquamails - very slow earner even with PTP.

It came to may attention that you'll only be able to cashout on earneasycash (only applicable to certain countries) when you have purchased a membership package. It won't really hurt for it only costs $1, but you're click rate is pretty low. I might consider just redeeming the earnings to ads rather than upgrading since I have other source of income than this. The site has good payment background, they never fail to pay its members diligently. They have very low payout threshold and low advertising costs amounting to $0.50 per 1000 clicks.

There are lots of ways to earn, PTC, PTR, PTSU and PTP. Free members don't have PTP but most ads are added all throughout the day so make sure to check it out. To take advantage of their program, you need to have clicksia or incentria with atleast $0.10CPM and advertise it to the site. Redeem your earnings to ads and promote clicksia or incentria.
