Upbux Admin has officially announced shutting down of business operation just today for not resolving Paypal issues. Paypal has frozen 85% of their funds and they are unable to continue as a going-concern. They are now asking for its members to file a refund, although I doubt if you will be successful  coz you have purchased an advertising package service and most services are non-refundable. Most transfers from Paypal balance or credit card or bank account to your Rental Balance in a PTC account are non-refundable if you are going to issue a dispute for such matter, because you can't say you failed to receive the item purchased, remember you never purchased a product you purchased a service so this option in not applicable. If you are lucky and the transaction happened within 30-day duration using your credit card you might get it although very unlikely. How can you say its an unauthorized transaction if it took you more than 24 hours to report issue, so that option is lame. All im saying is, if your money went to the Rental Balance its as good as gone, never get your hopes up coz its useless. You can only apply for chargeback for the following reasons only:
  • An item is different from its description or is defective.
  • An item hasn’t been received.
  • A credit card charge isn’t recognized.
  • A payment is processed multiple times.
  • A payment is unauthorized.
Unlike Alertpay where you can elaborate your claim, Paypal regulations regarding chargebacks are very strict. So you need to be really careful on where you put your money.

Paypal Account is LIMITED
There are many reasons why Paypal limit your account. Either a certain situation has come to Paypal's attention that you are engaged on an unauthorized activity, you received too many transaction disputes or complaints from your customers, your account is unverified etc.

We can't know for sure if many upbux members file disputes due to a certain number of days that the site has been down. I can understand why some people get so impatient they are tired being scammed one after the other and it always happens when the site is down for more than 24 hours.  It's not a good indication for most people. Although they do know its a good program and if that's what happened, its a pity, another downfall for a good program  ruined by its own members. Same fate on what happened to svbux before.

Another reason may come from the numerous transaction held by a site, there is always a ceiling for the amount of transaction, the cashout threshold remains at $2, having thousands of members withdrawing small amounts could have a negative connotation.  Most users may have panicked those past few days and withdrawn their money  one after the other. This volume of transaction may have come to Paypal's attention and labeled it fraudulent. We can't say upbux has initiated a material amount of withdrawal thereby resulting in an unauthorized activity coz it remained to have an instant payment solution just before it shutsdown. But its a big question mark for a site having a limited Paypal account to close other payment processors like Alertpay and LibertyReserve when they are readily available.

Too bad Upbux is gone, I expected more from it, but we can't do anything about it anymore but move on. There are a number of contributing factors why this stuff happen. Many PTC sites have turned into scam, the availability of a cheap-priced script has encouraged most scammers to open a site and just do whatever they want... A chain-reaction that most members lost faith on the PTC world, regardless how good the program is, how i wish it is still here fighting the odds but it just gave up...

No more Personal Payment from/to Indian Paypal Users
The pressing issue on Paypal on Indian users also have a number of reasons. They keep on sending personal payments in bulk and where do this come from? From Referral Deals Commissions! Most people want to join PTC sites and get paid for everyday or every week, sending numerous transaction of little amount. In the accounting world, a transaction is material and can have  negative connotation even if it involves a small amount if the transaction volume is too high - likely unmanageable. So if you wish to take care of your own Paypal account I suggest you stay away from Referral Exchange at the moment. Limit your transaction to atleast $1 and make sure you send and receive payments properly categorized and not always a gift. Just imagine receiving a gift from 10-20 people everday or every week...

EarnEasyCash
It came to may attention that you'll only be able to cashout on earneasycash (only applicable to certain countries) when you have purchased a membership package. It won't really hurt for it only costs $1, but you're click rate is pretty low. I might consider just redeeming the earnings to ads rather than upgrading since I have other source of income than this. The site has good payment background, they never fail to pay its members diligently. They have very low payout threshold and low advertising costs amounting to $0.50 per 1000 clicks.

How to Earn in EarnEasyCash.info
There are lots of ways to earn, PTC, PTR, PTSU and PTP. Free members don't have PTP but most ads are added all throughout the day so make sure to check it out. To take advantage of their program, you need to have clicksia or incentria with atleast $0.10CPM and advertise it to the site. Redeem your earnings to ads and promote clicksia or incentria. But of course if you want cash, you have the choice to just cashout or upgrade first if you belong to certain restricted countries.

Latest News: Cashswing HACKED!!!
Cashswing had already been moved on the watchlist before for having web hosting issues and now it is hacked and changed by the hacker to cashswing.in. Be very careful and hold on to your accounts. It's really advisable to keep different passwords these time of days coz you'll never know when the bad guys will come. This is really nasty stuff.

WATCH LIST:
Cashpays.me

These 3 sites are now removed from the list due to poor IP address handling on users. It has failed to distinguish a dynamic IP from cheaters who deliberately sign up for multiple acccounts.

I'd been involved in so many PTC sites and I've come across sites like these who ban people for having a duplicate ip address. Of course dynamic ip address rotates within a block everytime your modem is reset, but why they can't even take into consideration if you have registered on a different PC and you are a unique person with a verified Paypal and Alertpay account. Isn't that enough to tell if the person is just making things out. I had never had this issues with neobux coz it knows dynamic ip and it is running effective control procedures for such matter to stay fair on honest users. It is such a pity that nasty stuff like this could happen before you could even cashout on a site.

Conclusion
Olebux, Omnibux, Cashpays.me has been removed from the list of good GPT sites.
