Where to Deposit Clixsense Check in the Philippines without the need for US Dollar Bank Account?
Banks that Accept Foreign Currency Checks with related Foreign Currency Bank Account requirement Banco de Oro - BDO with $200 maintaining balance LandBank of the Philippines - $100 maintaining balance (reasonable) MetroBank of the Philippines - $500 maintaining balance I received confirmation regarding this issue by actual inquiries on the preceding banks. It's not the best option because you don't have regular check transactions and it will cost you excessive bank charges and fees, besides the amount is very material, instead of reinvesting them, you let this banks use your money in exchange for unreasonable interest rates that will only yield a small amount over a long period of time. Invest your $200 instead of making your money sleep and rot in this banks. LandBank is pretty reasonable if you have an online store or if you are selling online because you will need to maintain a merchant account in Paypal which will cost some fees every time you receive money, you can accept credit cards in US Dollar denomination with ease using Paypal. You can accept checks in US Dollar using your LandBank dollar account but you're least option, giving due consideration on possible receipt of bouncing checks or post-dated checks. How will I receive the money on Clixsense? After you have completed depositing the check to UnionBank, BPI or SecurityBank, (again UnionBank is the best option for they have the best support group) they will call their head office to confirm if they accept legal transactions with the drawee or the bank issuing the check, this time the Legends Bank. You will receive a call from their branch office regarding the confirmation and the 21-day clearning period will start regardless of the checks remaining valid days. My check was dated December 4, 2009 and I received it last January 8, 2010. I have deposited it UnionBank today January 11, 2010 and is only valid for 60 days from the date of the check or until February 4, 2010. Meaning its void once I have failed to deposit if after February 4, 2010. The start of the 21-day clearing period is today January 11, when UnionBank phoned me regarding the transaction. All that's left is for you to wait until February to receive the credit if there's any. I hope I could get atleast P500 for all that trouble, lol. The check is worth $19.05, if theirs $12 bank charge I'll let you know for sure... lets wait... updated information...  Is clixsense a scam? Of course not, I have verified it myself after receiving my first check today. My check payment was on queue last December 10, 2009 and I received it today January 8, 2010 while I'm busy working at my office. Clixsense pays! Unlike what people say it is a legitimate PTC. If you know the trick you'll never have a hard time earning money through this site. Brief Overview Clixsense only pays through check it doesn't accept payment processors like Paypal or Alertpay to prevent duplicate or fraudulent accounts. It is a very good quality control procedure in my humble opinion because it requires proper endorsement of check to be encashed. The check can only be encashed by the person indicated on the check itself or when he endorses it to someone else. The law says bank may require signature in both names before they'll accept it. If it's a simple flub on the name and you're an existing customer of the bank, it will probably be fine. Just endorse it according to the bank's instructions. If there's a major discrepancy between your name and the payee name, however, you would be well-advised to contact the check writer to have a replacement check issued with the correct name on it. FYI endorsing foreign currency check is not allowed in the Philippines, honestly, I tried, lol. So if you don't have any dollar account you can't endorse it to your mom you has an existing dollar account to convert your US Dollar check into Philippine Peso. How long does it take before you receive payment on Clixsense? Clixsense check payment takes 4-6 weeks to arrive and is mailed to the postal address you have provided for them. Payments are automatically disbursed by check every 10th day of the month provided you have reached the minimum payout amount of $10 or the amount of your choice less of $3 check processing fee. Word of advice: Set it higher to $50-$100... Make sure that you have typed your name correctly on the Payable to (payee name - your full name) before asking for payment and you have provided an accurate address or the check will be useless and you'll have to wait for another 4-6 weeks to get it right. Latest Updates Verbonix has refrained from showing ads and just decided to open their site to advertisers or members who would like to make offers to fellow members and pay them to sign up and be an active referral on their chosen program. Their promo regarding free rapid share premium accounts is still active, all you need to do is to refer as much member as you can. Since it ceases to become profitable, investing in the site is no longer feasible and effective. Exobux formerly known as Avobux has again been suspended by their web hosting provider. I'm not sure what their issues are but no further news had been provided by the admin until today. Twinsbux is online despite the lack of advertisers. Flashbux has been rumored to be a scam. Enbux is having server issues again I keep getting the Request Timeout Error. I still can't log in to bux.ee eventhough I have updated my Adobe Flash plugin but it seems to be doing well and paying. Indoclix has paid me, im still waiting on the current progress of PTCInnovation.... and I have reached payout on Clixsense, my account was showing that the check has been disbursed for payment last December 10 but I'm still waiting for it to arrive until now.
